At Plushly Shop, we want to make sure your order reaches 
you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after 
payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public 
holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery 
time is 7-14 business days after processing. Please note 
that delivery times may vary due to customs delays or 
other factors outside our control.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase 
required.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a 
confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use 
this to track your order at any time.

Customs & Duties
Plushly Shop is not responsible for any customs fees, 
import duties or taxes that may apply to your order. 
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, 
please contact us at support@plushlyshop.com and we will 
investigate immediately.
