RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Plushly Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you 
are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here 
to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, 
in the same condition that you received it, and in its 
original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at

for return. We will respond within 24-48 business hours 
with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that customers are responsible for return 
shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, 
or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will 
notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund 
will be processed to your original payment method within 
5-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card 
provider, it may take additional time for the refund to 
appear in your account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact 
us immediately at support@plushlyshop.com with your order 
number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement 
or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at 
support@plushlyshop.com with your order number and a photo 
of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or full 
refund immediately.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days 
of approval, please first check your bank account and contact 
your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If 
you have done this and still have not received your refund, 
please contact us at support@plushlyshop.com

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in 
  their original packaging
- Items marked as final sale

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at 
support@plushlyshop.com as soon as possible. If your order 
has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a 
full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you 
will need to follow our standard return process.
